Because PrymGate operates with direct peer-to-merchant cryptocurrency settlements, this document clarifies the terms governing refunds, disputes, and blockchain discrepancies.

1. Irreversibility of Blockchain Transactions

Payments are executed across decentralized blockchain networks in stablecoins (e.g. USDT). Once confirmed by network consensus, blockchain transactions are cryptographically irreversible. No party, including platform operators, can unilaterally reverse on-chain transfers.

2. Telegram VIP Channel Subscriptions

All membership funds route directly to channel creators. PrymGate does not hold or escrow membership revenues. Consequently, decisions regarding refunds for channel content or membership fees rest solely with the individual channel creator. Subscribers must contact the channel admin directly for refund requests.

3. Platform Pro Creator Subscriptions

PrymGate Pro is a prepaid software license (19 USDT / 30 days access). There are no recurring bank charges or cancellation fees, and accounts simply revert to the Free plan if not renewed.

Software payments are generally non refundable. However, if platform downtime disrupts your bot operation, you may contact support for a prorated refund or subscription extension covering the lost time.

4. Non Refundable Network & Gateway Fees

Blockchain miner/gas fees and third-party crypto gateway fees (~0.5% via NOWPayments) are consumed by distributed validators and payment network rails at the instant of transaction execution. These processing costs are non refundable under all circumstances.

5. Underpayment & Overpayment Handling

In the case of an underpayment (often due to exchange withdrawal fees), the invoice remains pending until the remainder is received. For overpayments, access activates immediately, and you may contact support with your TxID to verify the surplus.
